Be honest about why you are reading this
You are probably comparing us with a Manhattan agency, and you should. So here is the straight version.
New York has more good agencies per square mile than anywhere in the country. Some of them are excellent. Several of them will quote you two or three times what we will for the same scope, and a portion of that difference is rent and headcount rather than the work.
What you get from a bigger city firm: deeper specialist benches, more name-brand clients in the portfolio, and a bigger team to absorb problems.
What you get from us: the person who scoped your project is the person who works on it, quotes that do not move, and direct access rather than an account manager relaying messages.
Neither of those is universally the right answer. If you need a fifty-page enterprise platform with a dedicated strategy team, hire the bigger firm. If you need a site that is well built, fast, findable and finished on time, we are the better value.

How we work with New York clients
Remote by default, in person when it matters. Kickoff and final review in the city if you want them; everything else runs over email and calls, which is faster for both of us.
Fixed quotes. You get a scope document listing page count, who writes the copy, revision rounds, what is included, what is not, and what you own at the end. The number does not change unless the scope does.
You own everything. Domain, hosting account, design files, admin access. If you leave, you take it all.
