Refund Policy

We want every client to feel treated fairly. Because our work is custom and time-based, refunds follow the clear rules below, which are also set out in your proposal before you pay anything.

1. Project deposits

The 30% deposit reserves dedicated time in our schedule and covers discovery and planning. It is refundable in full only if you cancel in writing before any work has begun. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Milestone payments

Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable, because the work for that stage has been delivered. If a project ends early, you pay only for work completed up to that point and receive those deliverables.

3. Monthly services

SEO, social media, advertising management, care plans and virtual assistant services are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel with thirty (30) days' written notice. Fees for a month that has already started are not refunded, and no further months are billed after the notice period.

4. Advertising spend

Money spent on advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta is paid to those platforms and cannot be refunded by us. Management fees follow the monthly services policy above.

5. Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, themes, stock media and software licences bought on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased, as they are governed by the supplier's own refund terms.

6. If something is not right

If you are unhappy with any part of our work, tell us in writing. We will first fix anything that does not match the agreed scope at no extra cost. Where we genuinely cannot deliver what was agreed, we will offer a fair partial refund for the undelivered portion.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@codecraftino.com with your name, project and the reason for your request. We acknowledge requests within two (2) business days and resolve them within fourteen (14) days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
